論文主題 : 運用Super SBM-DEA分析臺灣科學園區環境永續效率與城市環境表現之影響

摘要：在全球氣候變遷背景下，台灣因土地資源有限、產業高度集中，科學園區與城市環境之間的交互影響尤為顯著。傳統績效評估模式偏重經濟產出而輕忽環境治理，導致能源、污染與資源配置效率不彰。為此，本研究建構一套兩階段的綜合績效評估框架：第一階段運用超效率鬆弛變數資料包絡分析（Super-SBM DEA）與馬爾奎斯特指數（MI），衡量科學園區的環境永續效率及其時間動態；第二階段以主成分分析（PCA）萃取城市環境核心指標，再透過一階差分迴歸（FD）實證科學園區效率與城市環境條件之間的相互影響。以台灣科學園區為實證對象，結果驗證了此框架的可行性，有效揭示各園區管理效率與技術進步的差異與演變，並為區域永續治理與產業政策調整提供具體的實證依據。

Annoucement of Associate Editor Award for Expert Systems with Applications in 2025

Thanks for the editorial team contributions in 2025, ESWA continued to be a leading venue for research at the intersection of intelligent systems and real-world applications. We received more than 36,000 submissions and published more than 4,000 articles, with around 10,000 articles sent out for peer review. The median time from submission to final editorial outcome for standard decisions (after peer review) decreased from 160+ days in 2024 to around 100 days in 2025. These remarkable improvements are a testament to the dedication, collaboration, and tireless effort of our entire editorial team, including editors, associate editors, and reviewers.
